These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our website and the provision of house clearance and rubbish removal services by House Clearance Paignton (“we”, “us”, “our”).

1. Services

We provide house clearance, rubbish removal, garden waste collection and related waste services in Paignton, Torbay and surrounding areas. All services are subject to a prior agreed quote and our acceptance of the booking.

2. Quotes and Pricing

Quotes are free and given in good faith based on the information you supply. Final price may change if the volume, type of waste or access differs significantly from the original description. We will inform you of any material change before starting work.

3. Booking and Cancellation

Once a booking is confirmed, we will arrive at the agreed time. You may cancel or rearrange up to 24 hours before the appointment without charge. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a reasonable fee.

4. Your Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information about the waste and access
• Ensure safe access to the property and items to be removed
• Obtain any necessary permissions from landlords or freeholders
• Remove or clearly mark any items you wish to keep
• Not include hazardous waste unless previously agreed in writing

5. Waste Disposal

We are licensed waste carriers. All waste is taken to authorised facilities. You remain the waste producer until transfer is complete.

6. Payment

Payment is due on completion of the job unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Liability

We maintain public liability insurance. Our total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the value of the job, except where liability cannot be limited by law.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
